SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 5, 2025 These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the text messaging program offered by HiLyte Partners LLC, doing business as Isla (“Isla,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Isla, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Isla related to your account and the services you request. Depending on your preferences and your use of the platform, messages may include:
  • Account notifications
  • Verification codes (one-time passwords)
  • Appointment reminders
  • Booking confirmations
  • Customer support communications
  • Security alerts
  • Subscription and billing notifications
  • Product updates
  • Marketing and promotional offers (only if you have separately opted in)
  • Other communications related to your use of Isla

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on:

  • Appointment activity

You may receive recurring messages if you remain subscribed.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in, you represent that:

  • Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
  • You agree that electronic records of your consent may be maintained by Isla.

4. Marketing Messages

Marketing or promotional text messages will only be sent if you have provided your separate express consent where required by applicable law. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

5. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile plan. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

6. Opting Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying: STOP After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message confirming your removal from the SMS program. After that, no further marketing messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Please note that opting out of marketing messages may not prevent Isla from sending certain legally permitted transactional or account-related messages necessary to provide the Services, where applicable.

8. Supported Carriers

SMS services are available on participating U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Message Delivery

Text message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability. We do not guarantee:
  • Delivery timing
  • Successful delivery
  • Uninterrupted messaging
  • Availability in all geographic locations
Delivery may be delayed due to carrier restrictions, network congestion, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
  • Provide an accurate mobile phone number.
  • Notify us if your phone number changes.
  • Obtain any permissions necessary if providing a phone number belonging to another authorized user.
  • Use the messaging services in compliance with applicable laws.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to deliver SMS communications or as required by law. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide the messaging services you have requested.

12. Changes to the SMS Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our SMS program at any time without prior notice. We may also update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiLyte Partners LLC shall not be liable for:
  • Delayed messages
  • Undelivered messages
  • Carrier outages
  • Network failures
  • Service interruptions
  • Damages arising from participation in the SMS program
